My First Spin Class

Teaching that is! Yesterday was the day (unexpectedly). My intention was to take the 9:30 class, but when there was no instructor by 9:40 it was not looking good. I was asked to jump in last minute. Luckily I had a profile prepared!

Surprisingly I wasn't nervous getting up there riding and cueing the class. I was getting into it! Not going to lie, I felt so cool with my microphone headset. ;)

The ride was an interval of hills and flat road with songs from Aerosmith to Christina Aguilera and Maroon 5. The class seemed to like it! Everyone was receptive afterward, yay! Now I am even more excited for my own class Wednesday morning at 5:45am.

Other than that some other things as of lately.

I have been perfecting my omelet making skills:

Scrambled too!

So fluffy and not overcooked!

Not really sure what this new thing at Starbucks is, but I like the pink.

Too funny not to share...

...but hopefully not. Lol

Back to school work. Ugh!

I miss Aruba.

Happy June

I cannot believe it is already June! Time is flying by. June has always been my favorite month as it is the start of summer and my birthday month (17 days FYI). Yesterday was a great start to my favorite month! It started out with back to back spin classes...

I think I drank about 10 bottles of water then was running to the bathroom about every 45 minutes for the rest of the day lol.

I wanted to work hard to work off all of the vacation food, especially the buffet breakfasts! However, I probably reversed it later on as I went to my first BBQ of the season.

The Corry's, aka my favorite Piccola Bussola customers (Hi Mary Ellen!) extended an invitation to me. It was such a nice time with great food and company!  See for yourself...

That was the best bacon I have ever had!!

There was so much to choose from. I wish I took more pics of the apps and desserts. You can still go out while being gluten free, trust me I always find plentyyyy to eat. I was so excited the BBQ sauce was gluten free because the ribs were outstanding! I should have gotten a pic beforehand but they went so fast.
I took along a gluten free hamburger bun from home and I was all set.

Mary Ellen had to cut off my water supply since I was driving. ;)

Hope you all had a happy start to June!
